Announced at Feb 07,PCN#20230206001.0,Post symbol mark will be removed.

Could you let me know what does Post symbol mark mean?

My customer ask us Post symbol mark meaning.

Hello Kanakogi-san,

The 12b versions of the ADS79xx devices (ADS7950, ADS7951, ADS7952, ADS7953) have a higher grade version, and the IC packages have been marked with the letter 'B' (Post symbol) to show that this is the higher grade version. After the PCN takes effect, the higher grade versions of the ADS79xx devices will no longer have this marking on the IC package.

The ADS7957 is only available in a single grade version, and does not have a post symbol marking, so there will be no change to this device after the PCN takes effect.
