ADS8556: power up sequence for HVDD

Part Number: ADS8556

Hi team,

Regarding to this thread,

https://e2e.ti.com/support/data-converters-group/data-converters/f/data-converters-forum/1091657/ads8556-voltage-value-on-refc-pin-and-power-sequencing-of-ads8556?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=ADS8556%20AND%20SEQUENCE#

my customer is trying to power up AVDD and HVDD almost at the same time. Below is the wavevform. The delta between HVDD and AVDD is typ. 1.3V.

  1. Does this powering up sequence seems to be ok?
  2. In the thread, it is said that "When the IHVDD is higher than the specified value, the chip may overheat.". What is the limit for the IHVDD?

Regards,

Ohashi
