Hi e2e wizards,

Where can I find the recommended land pattern for the 10-pin X2QFN package?

I can find the package outline in TI packaging info but NOT the land pattern!

Please help

The CAD/CAE symbol section in the device landing page will provide a PCB footprint for most common layout tools. See the attachment below for details on how to find and use the tool.

I already checked that link before but TI doesn't support Mentor Graphics newer versions that my customer uses: PADS VX2.8. The libraries are not directly compatible with e.g. PADS 2009. Can I suggest that you make a PDF document with the required information? ref attached document as an example... That would make things much easier in this case.X2QFN Landing pattern.pdf
