I want to know if it is not possible to load two differential input values at the same time in HSDC. (with bits setting)

Yes it is possible to load the differential input values into HSDC Pro. If you want to view the 2-channel display you can see it by going to test options -> 2 channel display. You can then change this into 'bits' view. When a capture is taken all values are taken at the same time.
