ADS9817: max dynamic range

Hi,

Customer would like to use ADS9817 for +15V.

Can ADS9817 support AINxP 15V and AINxM GND?

In the datasheet, AINxP max is 14V. Is maximum input 14V?

    Hi David,

    The ADS9817 can handle +/-12V as its full-scale range, so you will see clipping beyond that.  The +/-14 you noted is in the operating voltage range before the over voltage clamp kicks in.  You cannot accurately measure +/-15 V without some sort of attenuation.
