It could be related to the conflict of pull-up resistors.

By default, the DRDYB pin is not asserted after power-up. You must select the source of DRDYB to enable the interrupt.

Please check out section 8.5 of the datasheet, as it describes the operation of the digital interface of the ADS1293, as well as the usage model of the DRDYB signal.
