DAC80502: Designing with DAC80502

Part Number: DAC80502

Hello Team,
I am planning to use DAC80502DRXT in one of our designs.
The MPN controlling the same will be in 3.3V IO logic and I am planning to provide a +5V at the VDD pin of the DAC without any level shifter.
I hope there is nothing wrong with this if the pull-up is set to +3.3V since the VIH and VOH of the DAC are 1.62V only (typically it shows 0.7*VDD, now this is independent of the VDD).
I need an output voltage ranging from 0V to 5V.
I am planning to use the reference IC  REF5050AID.
If I am using a 2.5V Ref voltage, can I get an output voltage of 5V?
