    Hi,

    Based on the figures in the attached document, it looks like you have opened the 3 level GUI, without actually setting the device in 3 level mode. To set the device in 3 level mode, the resistor R22 has to be removed and R23 has to be placed. Apart from that, the resistors shorting the high voltage supplies are not placed on the board by default. Please ensure that the resistors R1 and R4 are placed to ensure proper functionality of the board.
