What is the format of the .bin file created by the EVM tool?

Customer would like to read it into their own analysis software.

Hi Antenna,

This .bin file was designed and used for the GUI, the customers should not be using this file to get access to the ADC data. The GUI already supports a nice polished data export method for customers to do further data analysis: right click the graphing area in time domain and use the Export menu option (such as export data to excel) which will give the value in codes:
