DAC9881: Ouptut oscillations

Hi Texas

We have configured DAC for 1.111 volt however, we are getting massive oscillations at output (attached). We chose this DAC as we were expecting higher eNOB >14 bit however we are yet to achieve this. Our ref_L is 0.943V hence dac value is limited to 0.943 volt ie even after writing zero in config register we are not getting 0. Could you please review our schematic? It would be appreciated if we get sample code for same to crossvalidate our sequence in code. Kindly help.

    Could you please provide -

    a. the schematic section for DAC_OUT, REF_LS, REF_HS, REF_LF and REF_HF traces (along with layout if possible)

    b. And please confirm if DGND and AGND are shorted or not ?

    c. AVDD, IOVDD , REF_HF and REF_LF voltagte levels
