one of our customers, like to integrate D/A into his camera in order to display video (VGA) out, to a screen.

can you please provide solution?

Recommend using the THS8135 triple DAC.

I already recomended the THS8200.

What are the THS8135 advantages over the THS8200,for this application?

Hello Eli,

The THS8135 is in a smaller package (48-pin TQFP versus 80-pin TQFP).

The primary advantage of the THS8200 is that it supports color space conversion.

Also, the THS8135 supports 1.8V digital I/O; whereas, the THS8200 supports 3.3V digital I/O.

I'm working on the TVP7002 with THS8200 EVM boards.

When they are connected, I'd like to get some sort of test data (color

bars) going from the TVP7002 to the THS8200 and out through the VGA connector.

How can this be done?
