Can you please provide below information about your setup?

1. Which version of HSDC pro you are using?

2. Are you using independent power supplies of 5V to power up the TSW1400 and the AFE evm, please also ensure to set the current limit of the power supplies to at least 2-3 A. Usually the issue is resolved when the current limit of the power supply is increased.

Can you provide more information about the 1003 erroe?

感谢你的答复，我根据用户手册查询了offset binary，但我发现它是在数字信号转换为模拟信号，而不是在模拟信号转换为数字信号，并且，我也尝试了将2s complement改为offset binary，这并没有效果。而且，我之前遇见过JTAG链断开错误，根据论坛上的说法，是R55的错误。所以我查看TSW1400的原理图，我发现我的R57是断开的，而原理图是连接的，所以我给他焊接住了。请问是这里的问题吗？，

The figure you shared shows the fields in the HSDC pro.

A similar field will be there in the AFE EVM GUI, where you can set the format of the output data.

Can you try changing the same in the AFE EVM GUI instead of HSDC Pro GUI,

Yes, you are right, the EVM GUI does not have that option, the device by default send the data accordingly.

I looked at the Snapshot you shared and it looks like there is still some issue which most likely is not related to data format instead it seems to be software related. 

The HSDC window does not show 16 channel  output, instead only 1 channel and also the data itself does not make sense.

Can you reset the device and bring up the capture again and confirm you are able to see 16 channel data . Also configure the device in RAMP Pattern mode and share the ramp waveform.
