Hi Aditi,

Please review the datasheet, section 6.1. The Junction temperature range is -40 to 125 C.

May I know what wil be the recommended Junction temperature range?

As per our thermal, board temperature is around 100 degC and power dissipation of the IC is 0.0001W.

Is the IC will work properly at 100DegC?

Hi Monisha,

The TLA2528 is only specified to 85deg C, so the datasheet specifications may not be met if you run the device up to 100 C. The device should still function, but you may see degradation in SNR, THD, linearity, etc.
