It is strange to see this information missing from our data sheets. For DVDD > 2.1 V, I would suggest following the same I/O guidelines as ADS8688A and other similar devices (i.e. ADS7066). This means that digital inputs should be within 30%/70% of DVDD for low and high values, while digital outputs should be expected to be within 20%/80% of DVDD for low and high values.
