Hi, are you able to provide FTI rates at different temperatures?

Looking for 70C, 80C, and 90C junction temperatures.

HI Kannan,

Actually TI has given derating tool and its equation. You can either excel or this tool to calculate the value.

You can use the same to calculate it at other temperatures.
