Part marking for ADS1258?

Yes, I can confirm that the markings on the "bottom part" are:

• ADS1258
• TI 93Z
• CEW7

I have been unable to find a device in our system with those topside markings. If you can recall where you got this device from, please let me know.

I would suggest replacing this "unknown" device with an ADS1258 from a TI authorized source and see if the system performance improves.

And by "unable to find the device" does that mean it has an invalid date code or something similar?

Thanks again Bryan.  I'm being told these parts with the topside markings that couldn't be found in your system were purchased directly from TI.  Could there be a separate system for parts not purchased through distributors, but instead from TI?

This is very unlikely. Is there any other information you can provide about the devices? Do you have the box or ESD bag they came in? These containers have additional information that can help us track their source
