ADC128S102: Looking at strange behavior with the DOUT line

Part Number: ADC128S102

Hi,

I am accessing the ADC128S102 over a SPI interface. When I look at the DOUT line, it doesn't seem to make sense to me (see photo).

The device is running off 3.3V. I see a 3.3V pulse but it is happening when 0s are supposed to be outputted from the device. After that the output goes down to approx 1.8V.

Other than replacing the device I am wondering if there is something that I may be doing wrong?

Clock is in yellow. DOUT is in purple

Thanks,

Jeff
