I cannot find a Configuration GUI for the DAC39RF10EVM on TI.com. In the corresponding EVM User Guide, it seems that you can install and run the GUI. (dac39rf10_evm.pdf, page 8,9)

Also, it is marked as a separate program from HSDC pro and DAC39RF10EVM configuration GUI. Where can I find the DAC39RF10 Configuration GUI?
