ADC14155QML-SP: power sequencing

Part Number: ADC14155QML-SP

The part requires three voltages: Va (3.3 V), Vd (3.3 V), and Vdr (1.8 V).  The datasheet indicates that Va and Vd shouldn’t be greater than 100 mV apart, so that implies they should be supplied by the same voltage regulator.  However, I don’t see any requirements listed in the datasheet for Vdr vs. Va & Vd.  Are there any sequencing requirements there?

    Joey,

    Traditionally, digital rails should be brought up before analog rails unless told otherwise. In the event where multiple digital rails are present at different levels, the rails should be sequenced in increasing order. The same applies to multiple levels for the analog rails. For this device, the sequence we would recommend would be Vdr → Vd → Va
