ADS1298R ECG Front End Performance Demonstration Kit

Has anyone gotten this demo kit to work on Windows 7?  I keep getting an error stating that the DSP firmware will not load.  I've also tried running it in a WinXP VM on windows 7 and it still will not work.  Is this an issue with the MMB0 and windows 7?

    Hi John,

    The software for the ADS1298RECGFE-PDK is not yet completely compatible with Windows 7, that includes compatibility modes and WinXP VMs.  There is a post here from earlier this year where Quoc Nguyen got the software running under Vista.  I've not verified that work around independently, so I cannot comment on how well it works.  We are working on porting the code over to Windows 7 and hope to have that finalized in the next couple months.

    Hi John,

    I got it to work on windows 7. I had to jump through a few hoops, and just hunt for it in the FTP site. here is the link for it ftp://ftp.ti.com/pub/data_acquisition/ECG_FE/archived/installers/

    These files are more recently updated than this one ftp://ftp.ti.com/pub/data_acquisition/ECG_FE/ADS1298/ which is what TI points to.

    I got this working about a week ago so i'm not 100% on the steps I took. but i installed ads1298ecg-fe-1.0.3.exe or the 1.0.1 versions which has the functioning drivers, then I reinstalled the 1.1.0 then everything worked fine.
