For hardware changes, all that should be needed is to remove C141, C142, C138 and C140. Then populate C136, C139, C134, C135. This will directly clock the DAC bypassing the LMX1204. Note that the LMX1204 still needs to be connected, powered, and programmed in this configuration since the LMX1204's CLKOUT3 provides the reference to the LMK04828, which is used for generating DAC SYSREF, FPGA SYSREF, and FPGA reference clocks.

Regarding software, there should not be any changes.
