ADS131M04: why notch happens at integral multiples of output data rate for delta sigma ADC?

All datasheet shows the same result but I wonder why?

    Hi justifice zhou,

    This behavior is a property of a sinc filter, which is generally the type of filter used in delta-sigma ADCs.

    The filter transfer function is given in the datasheet, and shown below. If you plot this function with respect to input frequency ("f"), you would get the response shown in the data sheet e.g. Figure 8-4
