DAC6311: Operating moisture range of DACx311

We do not have a recommended operating humidity range. 

This thread discusses the importance of the MSL level during storage. This device is MSL level 1.

We do provide a few different reliability tests on ti.com: https://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=DAC6311IDCKR

They show that the device passes both Temperature-Humidity Bias Test (85C/85%RH) at 1000 Hours, and Biased HAST (130C/85%RH) at 96 Hours. We do not have any data about the operating humidity rating beyond these tests.
