I want to ask if the schmeatic and layout files are avaliable for this boad and in which software are they available? Eagle, PADS, Altiumm...?

Thank you for your post.

The EVM schematic is included at the end of the User's Guide: https://www.ti.com/tool/ADS8344EVM#tech-docs

The original design database for the EVM is not available. However, I was able to find the latest Gerber files and attached them for your reference. Please note that I had to delete the Top and Bottom silkscreen layers since they contain TI logos and reference numbers.
