ADC12DJ5200-SP: SI Models?

Hi,

Are IBIS-AMI and package models (for the SERDES) available for the ADC12DJ5200-SP? The only simulation models I see on the webpage are the sparameters for the analog inputs.

They are available on the part site under "Design Tools & Simulations". First item are the IBIS Models "ADC12DJ5200RF IBIS and IBIS-AMI Model (Rev. A)"

I was expecting to see different models for the SHP part. Is that not the case?

These models are compatible for both the ADC12DJ5200 in commercial packaging and in space packaging. The ADC core itself is the same between the devices.

It's not enough for the ADC core to be the same. Are you saying that the SERDES drivers/receivers & the package losses are the same? Is it actually the same die and package or just similar?

Hi Azad,

Yes, the die, package, etc is all the same, just screened at a different level for space qualification.

So the models will still apply for both/all devices and variants of this family.
