DAC8820EVM: DAC8820EVM

This is a screenshot from the user's guide. You can connect the GPIOs from your Arduino to header J7 on the EVM. You will need 16 total GPIOs to control all bits of the DAC. You can tie the lower bits to zero to reduce the resolution and reduced the required number of GPIOs.
