ADC12DJ3200QML-SP: SPI pins - pull up and pull down

Part Number: ADC12DJ3200QML-SP

Hello, How are you?

I have some questions about this part because I am working on the design of this part ADC12DJ3200QML-SP and I can´t find the information about the SPI pins in this datasheet www.ti.com/.../adc12dj3200.pdf

The questions are:

1_ Do you know if the SPI pins have an internal pull-up resistor?

2_ Does the CLK pin have a pull-up resistor?

3_ Does the SDI pin have a pull-up resistor?

4_ Is the SDO pin open-drain?

5_ Do you know if there is documentation about the pins of this part somewhere?

Thanks for your time

Best regard.

Facundo Cosentino.

  • Hi Facundo,

There is a pull up resistor on the SCS pin, there is not a pull up on  the SCLK or SDI.  The SDO pin is high impedance during normal device operation.

Yes this is located in the Pin Functions table in the datasheet you linked. There is also additional information about the SPI programming on page 81.

    Best,
