ADC10065: VREF Pin 6 in a single ended configuration

After reviewing the data sheet and the Users guide for the evaluation board it looks to me that the 1.2V VREF in an internal voltage and you don't have to connect it to an external voltage.

I have a board that matches Figure 43 on the Datasheet but not getting the results I expect.

I would have expected

2.2V at Vin+ would give me 1023

0.2V at Vin+ would give me 0

2.2 at Vin+ would give me 512

Hi Amy, I will get my tech to rerun the data and report back. I did some searching of the forum and I may have overlooked that VCOM seems to be 1.45V.

The data sheet does not seem to give details on why it is that. In fact it is very vague but I think figure 41 is important.

I will get test rerun with 0-2.5V and report back.
