May I know TI have any ADC error budgeting document or excel sheet etc.

This is for my learning purpose.

Hi Hari,

The Analog Engineer's Calculator tool has all the detail you seek. Under the Data Converters tab, there is an error budget tool where you can enter details on the ADC, reference, an drive amplifier you might be using, temperature range, calibration, etc. The 'Links' tab highlighted below has training materials related to ADCs as well.
