ADS1220: ADS1220 Issue

Dears,

Customer Feedback that when they use ADS1220 ,end customer feedback below questions:

1. Now the ADS1220 is connected with a K-type thermocouple, and the temperature collected by the feedback from the end customer is very unstable, and it will beat at 10 degrees Celsius.

2, K type thermocouple line length, more than 2 meters.

3. At the customer site, when other devices turn on high-power inverter, the temperature jitter is more obvious, and the temperature exceeds 10 degrees Celsius

4, we are now using the analog switch, in the form of switching, the ADS1220 single-channel acquisition, switched to 8 channels.

5, our ADS1220 power supply we use isolation power for isolation.

Pls kindly help to check it.

    Can you please provide the ADC register settings used for the K-type thermocouple measurement?

    Also, can you provide a system schematic for us to review?

    The schematic will be useful so we understand what types of protection components are installed between the external connections and the ADC, how the power supply is designed and supplied to the ADC, and how the customer performs cold junction compensation (CJC)

    It might also be helpful if the customer can provide the raw ADC so we can see what it looks like in the time domain
