Hi Andreea,

Welcome to the E2E forum.

For ADS131B04QPWRQ1, we did 1000 cycles for temp cycle per the Q006 requirements.

Hi Andreea,

I have notified your local TI sales representative about your requests. He will reach out to you.
You should actually find the information you are looking for in the respective PPAP documents.
The ADS131B04-Q1 PPAP document currently shows an incorrect number for the thermal shock cycles, but that will be updated shortly.
