AFE4403: Led current

Hi,

I have set LED current to 50 mA and I am trying to verify it by having a 100 ohm resistor accross TXP and TXN.

I am getting voltage waveform with 4V max value. As per my understading the voltage sould be around 5V.

I am not sure what could have cause drop in voltage.

Hi,

At least two possible reasons -

1. There might be +/- 10% error according to the datasheet.

2. 100 ohm might be a bit high that induce voltage higher than the current source can drive. Could you try smaller resistance? e.g. 10 ohm or 20 ohm?
