Hi,

I have a copy of the IND grade SEE Test Report [Hirex, HRX/SEE/502, Issue:02, Jan 13 2016]

Is there an equivalent report for the SP grade device ?

Would it be possible to get a copy ?

I'm interested in the upset signatures and duration, which are critical to our application.

I have the other SP radiation reports: sbak009 [SEL] and IEEE paper Radiation Evaluation of the ADS1278-SP July 8 2018

Hello Gerry,

All data that we have for ADS1278-SP SEE is included in the two reports that you already have; SP radiation reports: sbak009 [SEL] and IEEE paper Radiation Evaluation of the ADS1278-SP. We do not have any additional data to share.

Hello Gerry,

I looked up the SEE test report that you referenced for the industrial version of ADS1278. We do not have any data similar to this for the ADS1278-SP version, and have no plans for additional testing at this time.
