ADS1209: recommended power up/down sequence?

Part Number: ADS1209

Dear PADC Team,
Can you please help with the below questions?

The ADS1209 datasheet does not seem to recommend any power up/down sequence.
Following a change in an existing design the ADS1209 power up sequencing will be changed to:
  5V coming up first
3.V coming up second (but with almost no delay after 5V rail)
-Can this create problem in operation?
-Are there some specific min/max timings between the different rail ramps that need to be met?
-Can the two rail come up together?

-Can you confirm that there is no specific power up/down requirements for the voltage rail?

-Are there some situation that should be avoided for the power up/down sequence (for example: keep one of the rail on and the other off for a prolong time)?

Thanks in advance,

A.
