AFE11612-SEP: LET threshold of 43MeV - did you test higher?

Hello,

In the data sheet I can see that the LET threshold for the AFE11612-SEP is 43MeV. Did it fail above that value? Or simply wasn't tested above that.

Ideally we'd use something >68MeV

Hi Adam,

Talked with the people in charge of radiation testing. Looks like we only tested at 43MeV and at 75MeV. 75MeV failed, so we cannot guarantee performance above 43MeV.
