Hi, we are considering using the ADC12DJ5200-SP for a space-based application, but we have some questions about the packaging.
In some places the package type is referred to as FCCSP and in others as CFCBGA, are both options available?
As we understand, these are plastic packages, is there (currently or planned) a ceramic package option?
