Hello,
We are using IC TSC2046E in our product. In this we are getting a issue that touch is not smooth / sensitive.
We need to apply little pressure on touch display.
When we apply much pressure on touch display then it works only otherwise it does not sense.
Our Observations are:
- When we touch using nails/ sharp thing then it is sensing properly.
- If we apply light pressure on touch screen, then it does not sense. PENIRQ pin get high - low for very small duration refer attached waveform image.
- If we apply high pressure, then it does sense properly and work well.
Kindly suggest some solution.
