    The answer to your question is in the ADS124S08 datasheet in section 10.1.5 Unused Inputs and Outputs.

    So you can leave the pins unconnected as you show as long as the dual purpose pins (AIN8-AIN11) for GPIO are left as analog input pins and not selected as GPIO inputs.
