Hi
We used 10pcs of this model, but 1pcs was unstable and hot, and the output data was out of full scale. The same thing happens when the chip is removed and re-welded! Could you please help confirm the cause
Thanks
Hi,
Have you done some basic root cause analysis?
E.g. Find a known good PCBA and a suspicious PCBA.
Then swap the DDC316 i.e.
put the suspicious DDC316 on a know good PCBA and do the test.
put the known good DDC316 on a suspicious PCBA and do the test.
Please make sure everything else remain the same, including the registration settings, firmware and software, etc.
What might be the outcome or observation?
In addition, May I ask what might be your final/end products/equipment?
Who might be your clients and customers?
And, when and where did you purchase the ICs from?
Thanks
Hi
We replaced the abnormal product on the normal PCBA board, but the abnormal product is still abnormal, but we have not replaced the normal product on the abnormal PCBA board. This will help with the analysis
Thanks. Please let me know.
And, if possible, please also let me know

If you don't want to disclose in public forum, I can reach out to you via email.
Thanks
Hi,
ADC could usually get warm as it's doing high frequency converting and switching.
How was the result for replacing the normal product on the abnormal PCBA board.
This will help with the analysis e.g. it's not abnormal PCBA that cause/lead to the abnormal behavior of the IC.
