my customer is using ADS1115 and wants to move to ADS131B04-Q1 due to higher sampling rate.

Do we have something like this (https://github.com/MediaMongrels-Ltd/RPi-LINX-Addons/tree/master/Source/LINX-ADS1015) for ADS131B04-Q1?

We don't have any LabVIEW code, but we do offer some example C code for the device: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SBAC278 This code contains instructions on how to modify it for different controllers.

Between the C code and the LabVIEW code you linked above there should be a good starting place for using the ADS131B04 with the PI.
