    Hi Rain Wang,

    I'm not sure why you are seeing an error, but in my PCB editor both packaged versions of the ADS131M08 pin 27 is labeled correctly as NC - see below.

    Can you manually change this pin in your PCB editor to be NC? I know this option is available in Altium.

    Or, you can just connect this pin to AGND or leave it floating, as per the datasheet
