I am using the ADC08100 converter for an application with an FPGA as the main processor. I want to understand the data output hold time of the ADC, which the datasheet specifies as typically 4.4ns. Do you have a worst case value for the specification? My application requires a temperature range of -20 to 40º, so I would like to ensure this spec is met.
