Dear Sir/Madam,
My end customer want to design a DAQ board to test 7000 mosfets. The planning is to test 100 MOSFETS on each PCB board and stack up to 700 to make a 7000 mosfets tester.
Do you have any recommended reference design or recommendation on which ADC to use that is capable of measureing nano-ampere currents?
The top level concept is something like below:
Best regards, KPK
Hi KPK,
I'm not aware of any reference designs that we have for this application. What sort of conversion speed are you looking at here? Getting nano amp resolution from an 8-bit ADC will be a challenge - how do you plan on structuring the switching between MOSFETS? 10 x 10 channel ADC's? 10CH ADC + MUX?
