When use the DAC60508, should be read in upper four bits (15-12 bits) of address 0x01 during use 0010, now reading 1000, some errors, other address output data is normal. since the address is read-only, what is the reason?

Hi Enhui,
Has the device ID always been incorrect, or did something change in operation? is this the only device where this is happening? Any others in the system? Can you reach out frost@ti.com with information about the customer?
Thanks,
Paul
The data at this location is read-only, and I have tried three devices and the results are the same. The same program has not had this problem before, but this version of the DAC chip is a newly purchased one, so I suspect it may be a chip version issue
Hello,
Thank you for the additional context. Did these devices seeing the issue have the correct ID at some point during test? Or did they always have the incorrect ID?
Enhui,
Please reach out to Paul via email so we can exchange in more detail offline.
Best,
Katlynne Jones
