Hi,
I just got my AFE4500EVM board, but when I connected it to my PC(Windows 11) , nothing showed up on my PC and the LEDs on the boards are not lit up either. It seems like the board is broken.
I did the following to debug:
1. Use a different PC (also Win11, still nothing shows up)
2. Tried a different cable (stays the same)
3. Tried to connect my Raspberry Pi board with the same cable (everything works, so it's not the cable's problem)
4. Use a multimeter to check the voltage (there's 5V for the MCU, very low voltage near the LEDs)
5. Click the 'Reset' button on the board (not working)
6. Click the 'BLS' button on the board to enable Bootstrap Loader, my computer says "Unknown USB Device", and "Device Descriptor Request Failed(code43)". But when I tried to install the driver with Device Manager it failed.
Above, I think it's the MCU's problem? But it's a brand new board so I also think it's almost impossible.
