ADS7044: Regarding ADS control method

Please let me confirm the control method of ADS7044.
When reading SDO, is it necessary to wait some time after setting SCLK to Low level?
In my current environment
If I read SDO about 2μs after setting SCLK to low level, the incorrect value was obtained.
If I read SDO about 40μs after setting SCLK to low level, the correct value was obtained.

Hi suzumura-san,

Welcome to our e2e Forum! The only restriction on SDO from the ADS7044 is tSU_CSCK, which is 15nS minimum. Perhaps you can share a screen capture to further explain what you are doing/seeing on your end.

TIMING REQUIREMENTS are complied with.
Currently tPH_CK = 10μs tPL_CK = 10μs at 50KHz.
In that case, how much delay time is required before reading SDO?

Is there a minimum value for tD_CKDO?

The minimum would be 0, the MAX is expressed in the datasheet as 30-50ns depending on the supply voltage. Perhaps you can share an actual screen capture to further explain what you are doing/seeing on your end.
