Hi,
We are using the AMC1106M05, The maximum offset should be 50uV according to the datasheet.
In some cases the offset is higher then this specification.
The temperature of the board is stable at 22'C. Both inputs are shorted to analog GND.
We have even seen ADC values indicating 100uV offset voltages.
Analog Vdd voltage is 5V.
If we replace the part, the offset voltage of this new part is within limits.
What can cause this out of spec offset error on some devices? or did i forgot to take a specification into account.
