ADS8167: Input/output electrical characteristic

The electrical limitations for the digital pins on the ADS8167 are listed in 6.1 (Digital inputs/outputs) and the timing limitations are in section 6.6 of the datasheet.

The Table 6.1 only list safe voltage range for all Input and output, not the logic range for digital I/O. I need to know what is VOH, VOL, VIH, VIL , if possible what are their corrsponding sink/source current.  I am working interface with ADS8167, need to make sure I have proper driving Voltage/current on each pin.

The VIH and VIL levels for all of the digital I/O would follow the same levels as shown for fCLK on page 10.  I'll see what I can find on the output levels.
