DAC53401-Q1: what is fastest update rate using EVM?

We would like to use the DAC53401EVM to test out this part for our situation.    We need the DAC to output a specific waveform so we need a decently fast update rate on the DAC.

Does the EVM with the GUI allow the DAC to be written from a list/file of values?

what will be the DAC update rate be using this method?

we are hoping the sample update rate is <300us per sample...  maybe faster ?
