TSW14J50EVM: TSW1400.lvlib is missing

Hello

I am using the TSW14J50 board and it has worked for a while without trouble. But suddenly the screen attached appears  does not work.

So I installed HSDCpro again but the result is the same. How can i fix it? The file TSW1400.lvlib still not found.
